How To Operate The

Baby Stroller Wheel Wear Simulation Tester

The Strollers Testing Machine For Sale abrasion conditioning shall be performed on a drum, the surface of which is capable of being run at a speed of (5±0,1) km/h. The drum shall be covered with aluminium oxide paper of grade 80 with cam obstacles of 12 mm in height. New aluminium oxide paper shall be used for each test.

Standards of Wheel Wear Simulation Tester:

EN 1888-1-2018 Section 8.8.2.6

N1888 Baby Stroller Testing Machine Test Method

1. Turn on the Baby Stroller Wheel Abrasion Tester power, Install the stroller, adjust the fixture to the proper position.

2. Fix the Handlebar with a fixture.
According to the requirements of the test, put the Test Mass on the stroller and fix it.

3. Select the test mode (Cycles Mode, Mileage Mode,Time Mode)according to the test requirements.

4. Click"Cycles Mode".
Click Setting Times to set the test times. After set, click ZERO to clear the data, and click Start to start the test. After Test times completed, the machine automatically stops.

5 Click "Mileage Mode .
Click Setting Mileage and Setting speed to set the parameter. After set.click ZERO to clear the data.and click Start to start the test. After mileage of the test is completed, the machine automatically stops.

6. Click "Time Mode".

Click setting speed and setting time to set the parameter. After set, click ZERO to clear the data, and click Start to start the test. After set test time is completed, the machine automatically stops.
